The Rundown AI University is changing.

We’ve spent the past year building a brand new platform for members who want to cut through the noise, connect with industry peers, and receive a direct path to the guides, workshops, and courses that will help them in their specific career.

And, very soon, we’ll be moving existing memberships across to the new platform.

Inside Team Rundown, we’re excited to show off what we’ve been working on, but we want the transition to be seamless, so we’re announcing the biggest changes up front, before we make the switch…

Why we’re making this change

When we launched The Rundown AI University, we had a vision to help professionals implement AI effectively in their specific career. We built our community on an existing platform because it allowed us to focus on content rather than technology.

But as a result, we've grown with certain limitations.

Our current platform treats everyone the same, offering identical content regardless of industry or role. The inability to track progress means you start from scratch in each session. And most critically, we've been unable to build many of the features you've requested.

The decision to build our own platform from the ground up—one that delivers the personalized, adaptive learning experience you deserve—required significant investment and almost a year of development. 

But the result is something we believe will completely upgrade how you learn and implement AI.

What’s in it for you

Our new platform changes how you'll experience The Rundown AI University in five important ways:

Personalized learning paths: After completing a brief survey about your industry, role, and goals, you'll receive a custom-tailored path through our resources that shows you exactly what will help you implement AI in your work.

Industry-specific community: Connect directly with peers in your field who understand your unique challenges. Instead of generic discussions, you'll share insights with people who face the same industry constraints and opportunities as you do.

Expanded resource library: We've more than tripled our industry-specific courses—from 5 to 16—covering everything from healthcare and finance to project management and HR. Each certified course contains extensive examples and workflows that are relevant to your industry.

Intelligent progress tracking: The platform remembers your progress and preferences, creating an easy way for you to organize, and jump back into, the resources you want to learn from. No more losing your place or struggling to remember which guides you've already explored.

Most importantly, we’re now free to develop brand new features – including our upcoming AI Tutor that will provide personalized answers based on our library of over 300+ AI use cases and guides. Moving forward, when members have platform suggestions they think will benefit their learning, our team will be better equipped to build them out from scratch.

"I'm actually comfortable with the current platform. Will the change be worth it?"

We know that change can be disruptive. But what we're building isn't just marginally better. The personalization alone will stop you sifting through content that isn't relevant to your specific needs and the industry-specific chat threads will keep your conversations focused on streamlining your job role. We're confident you’ll prefer the new platform after your first session.

"Will I still have access to all the resources I've already been using?"

Absolutely. Plus much more. All existing content has been migrated to the new platform, and we've added 11 new industry-specific courses to provide a clear curriculum for a larger range of professions. The difference is that now you'll have a personalized path through these resources, making it easier to find exactly what you need when you need it.

"Does this mean I'll get a completely different experience than other members?"

Yes — and that's exactly the point. The current one-size-fits-all approach works the same for everyone, regardless of their needs. The new platform recognizes that AI implementation looks different in healthcare than it does in marketing or finance. By tailoring the experience to your specific industry, we’re increasing the relevance and impact of every minute you spend learning.

“Can I keep using the Circle app?”

Unfortunately, no, as we’ll be moving The Rundown AI University away from Circle soon. The good news is that we’re building our new platform to be mobile-friendly from the ground up so your experience will be great on any device.
